Badger Bar & Grill

Badger fans and travelers alike are enjoying the newly remodeled Badger Bar & Grille in downtown Madison. The project features Black Quartz Corian solid surface bar tops with massive hard maple handrails, and tasteful cardinal and black trim. The back bar consists of 6 large maple columns with suspended glass shelves for liquor bottle display.

hillcraft has two decades of experience fabricating restaurant and bar fixtures, and understands the harsh environment the product must survive in. To ensure the bar and millwork will still look great many years from now, hillcraft uses 7 ply aspen plywood substrates in high moisture areas, bonded with exterior glues, and seals it tightly with silicone at handrails and drink rails. Fiberglas Reinforced Paneling (FRP) was used at the bar die interior, to stand up to mopping abuse. Rigid set PVA adhesives were used to bond laminates and veneers.
