Project Wins National Innovation Award

The Center For Innovation In Health Care Facilities has named our ongoing project to their “Top Ten Most Innovative Facilities in Health Care”. The extensive renovation project is beginning its’ fifth year of progress, and is the first inpatient remodel since the hospital was built 25 years ago.

Hillcraft is especially proud of a letter received from Ardis Hutchins, Project Architect and Interior Designer for the hospital, which in part reads:

“We were delighted to win the award, and couldn't have done it without you. This project has been a labor of love by all those involved. We greatly appreciate your craftsmanship and expertise. Your willingness to creatively solve problems and meet extremely tight deadlines is appreciated. Thank You and Congratulations!”  
  
Hillcraft has had an ongoing relationship with UW Hospital & Clinics and UW Educational System for many years. We have partnered with them in innovations and customizations that make the UW System truly one of a kind. This has helped Hillcraft establish itself as a commercial cabinetry and casework manufacturer where no job is too big, small or customized for us to handle on time and on budget.
 
The University projects have challenged us with their scope and attention to aesthetics in the dynamic design ideas that we helped bring into reality. Our desire as a company is to be a contender in all areas of the building process that has to do with cabinetry and casework of any size or complexity. Our staff specializes in this type of varied work, whether it is repetitive in nature or one of a kind design, we can handle it. With many of our managers and office staff having 15 to 25 years with Hillcraft we pride ourselves on our abilities and 'can do' attitude that means, what you need when you need it! Partner that with our commitment to woodworking technology and tooling there is nothing to stop us from creating whatever can be designed, with painstaking attention to detail and timely delivery.
